Hands down one of my favorite places to eat. The signature pulled pork over fries is a must-try. There isn't anything on the menu that isn't delicious. They even make me a not-on-the-menu item consisting of a bed of their extremely yummy smoked pepperjack mac n cheese, a scoop of pulled pork and finished with a generous drizzle of apricot rib sauce. Yummy. The brisket sandwich with horseradish mayonnaise is no slouch either. Highly recommended. Only downfall? Closed for the winter.

Lesson here - best to eat for lunch or a late lunch. While they close at 7pm, they only make enough food for the day. We arrived at 6 and most of the food was gone and they only had one option for us to choose from. It was great food, but go early to get it. You eat outside and there is no indoor seating as it is a trailer they are serving from.

This has to be one our favorite places to go in the summer. My son was only a little over one last year when he started eating their pulled pork and has loved it since then.
